Update

Haven't forgotten about blogging I was home last week with a sick little man. This past weekend was just playing catch up with cleaning and running errands. Now this week I am not feeling well.. my tonsils are swollen and my ears are starting to bug me. Not GOOD.. I will fight it though! I usually do warm honey and lime, chamomile tea, soups and good rest. Hope it works.

Ohh and Joaquin's new phrase "geez man" When I first hurt it was like wait what?? I get after him and he's like Geez Man. My big boy..growing too fast.

Birthday Weekend

This past Saturday was my birthday, for as long as I can remember my birthday has always been cold, wet and gloomy. But oh no.. not this one, this one was warm, sunny and beautiful. I was so happy to go outside and just breath it all in I felt so thankful and just blessed. Saturday we got together with the family at my house to celebrate my birthday and Sunday we got together at my sister's house for some football and great food!

Brotherly Love

I am the luckiest girl in the world to have 2 gorgeous healthy boys. Joaquin follows his brother Omar everywhere, anything Omar does Joaquin wants to do. It's so cute seeing how caring his big brother is with him. He wants to hold his hand and teach him as much as he can it's AMAZING. Here are a few pictures of their adventures at the park.

 

 

New Year's 2014

A little late posting this, but we had so much fun I had to share. For New Year's we went to my mom's house her and my aunt made tamales, borracho beans, rice, bunuelos, champurado, and lots of other home made goodies. My oh my was the food delish!!! I swear I was eating from 7pm-2am I just couldn't help myself. The kids were outside having fun and the guys were out back attending the mini bonfire.
